How do I order my tickets for printing?

Visit our products page, choose the type of ticket you would like using the information provided and the costing tables. Email through your requirements to enquiries@piranprint.com

How much does it cost?

Each product is priced differently and the price depends on the quantity of tickets required. In order to see the cost of tickets just select the ticket you would like, input the total quantity of tickets required and your price will be shown.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU NEED DIFFERENT SORTS OF TICKET WITHIN YOUR TOTAL I.E. ADULT, CHILD OR DIFFERENT DATES THERE WILL BE £5 ARTWORK CHARGE PER ADDITIONAL SORT.

How long will my order take to be processed?

We aim to despatch your order within 72 hours of receipt of your order, approval or payment, whichever comes later. If the rare occasion arises that we cannot achieve this despatch timescale we will let you know.

Delivery Options - My tickets are needed urgently. Do you offer an express service?

Yes! For an additional charge of £20 + VAT online express orders of 2000 tickets or less are dispatched same day if received prior to 10am. Express Service products are sent via Royal Mail Special delivery or private overnight courier.*

*Express delivery for orders over 2000 tickets is subject to current workloads. If you need more than 2000 tickets in a hurry, please call us to book your order in and we will do our best to get them done within 24 hours of receipt of artwork. This service incurs an additional charge. Both Standard and Express deliveries are quoted for UK Mainland only. Please contact us if you require a delivery outside of the UK Mainland.

What can I print on my tickets?

If you are buying our H2 Economy tickets there is a limit to the text that can be printed which includes the following; Promoter, Event Name, Date, Time & Price of the ticket. All other tickets have no limits. You can supply your details in an artwork file or if you have a text file to show the details needed you can use our seating plan upload facility and we will take the details from there. You can also use the special instructions box to let us know any other additional text required on your tickets.

What artwork files do you accept?

We recommend 300dpi JPEG files that are to the size as shown in the ticket specification page. If your image goes to the edge of the ticket please allow 3mm bleed on your artwork. If in doubt, please contact us and we will guide you through.

The first design is free of charge, but additional artwork items will incur a £5 per sort charge. (eg. If you have Adult and Child tickets, the Adult image will be included in the initial price and the child ticket image will have an additional charge of £5 applied)

Can I see a proof of the ticket before you print them?

Yes you can. Just tell us in your email that you require an e-mail proof before we print and we will send you the proof and only proceed to print when you have approved the proof we set.

Does a proof cost me more money?

No! This service is offered completely free of charge.

I don’t know what ticket to go for. Can I see some samples?

Of course you can. Just go to the contact us page and send us an e-mail giving us your name and delivery address details and we will send you a sample pack by return.

I can’t find what I want on your tickets and products pages. Are these all the products you print?

The products page only shows our most commonly ordered products. We are able to print and supply a vast array of products. If you don’t see what you want, send us an e-mail or give us a call with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a price.

Do you sell ticket systems and machinery.

Yes we do. This is a more specialist area and we need to find out your exact requirements before we can give you a price. Just give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
