Piran Print has the answer... eTickets!

The eTicket solution provided by Piran Print allows you to sell your tickets via our online e-commerce site "TheBookingShop.co.uk".

Access to this site can be made via a link on your own site or directly with customers being directed via your promotional material.

Your event details are placed on our events listing page. Your customers can click onto your event to see full details of the event and if they like what they see, click the Go Get My Ticket button.

Once a purchase has been made, the customer will receive a confirmation of order e-mail, then an eTicket is sent by e-mail, sms text message or both. Contained within the eTicket is a reference number and if required a barcode*.

Upon arrival at the venue, the customer gives over their reference number and photo id. The reference number is checked against the ticket holder database supplied by Piran Print and if all information matches entry is then allowed to the event.

* In order to read the barcode a scanner will be required. These are available to buy or rent depending on your needs. Please check availability on barcoded tickets.

This service is provided free of charge to the venue. Piran Print gains it's revenue from a small handling charge/booking fee charged to the customer. This fee can be agreed with the venue, but is generally 10% of face value of the ticket with a minimum of 50p per ticket.

Money generated from the sales of the tickets will be sent at agreed time scales to the venue minus the usual credit/debit card charges.

Sales can take place online until 5pm on the day of the event. This cut off time is required in order for us to send the final database of customers.
